Refund policy

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@fatsofa.co.uk.

How to Return You can return items in two ways:

  • Self-return to our warehouse: Wern Industrial Estate, Rogerstone, NP10 9FQ, Newport. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any transit damage.
  • We collect: We can arrange collection for a fee of £45, deducted from your refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at hello@fatsofa.co.uk with photos. We will arrange a free collection and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, do not assemble or use it. Contact us with photos and we will arrange a swift collection and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Cancellations You may cancel your order any time before dispatch for a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, please reject the delivery at the door and contact us immediately.

Exceptions Pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Assembled items can only be returned if they are in good condition with no damage, scratches, or structural weakening.

Your Legal Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. These statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. Sale items are subject to the same return rights as full-price items.

14-Day Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
