Shipping & Delivery Policy — Fat Sofa
Delivery Coverage We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Shetland, Outer Hebrides, or Orkney.
Delivery Cost Standard delivery is completely free on all orders with no minimum spend.
Saturday delivery is available in selected areas for an additional £25, chosen at checkout. Sunday delivery is not currently available.
Delivery Timeframes Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days for England & Wales, and 5–7 working days for other UK mainland locations.
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following working day.
We use Aftership to keep you updated at every stage of your delivery.
Choosing a Delivery Date You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. If you require Saturday delivery, please select the Saturday delivery option and note the £25 additional charge applies.
Time Slots We are unable to guarantee exact delivery time slots. Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm. Where available, your courier will notify you on the day with an estimated arrival window.
If You're Not In If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details to rearrange your delivery.
Placing & Changing Orders
- Orders can be placed online 24/7 at fatsofa.co.uk or by calling 0330 122 7502.
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.
- Order changes (items or delivery address) must be requested before dispatch by emailing hello@fatsofa.co.uk. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Inspecting Your Order Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. You must notify us of any damages within 2 working days of receipt by emailing hello@fatsofa.co.uk with photographs.
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please reject the delivery and contact us immediately. If packaging is damaged but the item appears fine, accept the goods and sign as damaged so any issues can be resolved quickly.
Note: No claims can be made for items that have been signed for as received in good condition.
